The system ships with an optional spill-proof wireless keyboard, also packs built-in speakers, a 2MP webcam, six USB ports, Windows 7, and a 6-in-1 card reader.
At the high end, you'll get an Intel Core i7 quad-core processor, AMD Radeon HD6650A 1GB graphics, 8GB of DDR3 memory, and either a 1TB 7,200 RPM SATA HDD or an 80GB mSATA SSD -- either way, Lenovo says the system boots 30 percent quicker than "non-optimized" systems, though the latter promises to have you up and running in a breezy 20 seconds. It'll begin shipping in June, with pricing starting at $699.

seems too cheap imo. very cool looking
I agree with Inhia, I wonder what the price will be for the I7, etc system. Hell, the processor is almost worth more than 700 bucks. Okay not really, but still.

This looks like a very exciting piece of technology to follow. Innovation, I love it.
The specs are good and the aesthetics looks nice for the price!

at the high end you still get an AMD? I though Pentium had a faster processor.? maybe it's for the longer battery life ? weird.
I'm a little surprised at the price! I might actually consider getting this now.

Pretty stuff! Thanks for the post!
That is a really afforable price. The real question would then come down to just how upgradable it would be in the long run.

Great post! Keep up the good work.
Dang that looks soo nice!!
I would get one if it was not glossy. I would see nothing in my room but a mirror if my screen was glossy
$699 for those specs seems pretty cheap and reasonable to me.
So fresh!
Looks pretty slick, Lenovo's always give me nightmares though.
