It appears that Google Chrome finally overtook Microsoft Internet Explorer as the world's most popular browser last week—at least according to statistics fromthe web analytics service Statcounter. As TNW points out, measuring this kind of usage is hardly a perfect science, but as you can see from the trend line in the graph above, this is the way things have been going for some time now. Rats! Just when Internet Explorer was starting to get good.

I'm still using Firefox and Opera most of the time. I use IE only when absolutely necessary. I just never hopped onto the Chrome bandwagon. Should I?
Even though I haven't been able to use Chrome on this computer recently for some weird reason it really is my favourite browser to use so this is great news, congratulations Google on another huge achievement!
I've used chrome since the first day of my blog. I am glad to have stuck with that decision.
Firefox superior. I used to use Chrome until google changed their privacy terms, now that they track all of your info and whatnot, I have used Firefox exclusively. Firefox has been better for me personally always, I just liked using chrome for downloading and watching things.
I just helped someone today install chrome, just so she could use the Moog synth on the front page today, which IE can't play. I tend to use Chrome mainly and firefox a bit for some extensions/add on thingys.
